Our sales engineers collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners throughout the project development process to develop innovative ideas and concepts. These ideas drive value throughout the lifecycle of your facility.
Each of our sales engineers completes an intensive six-month graduate engineering program at Trane’s corporate headquarters in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This program equips them to apply their design and engineering expertise, transforming Trane’s industry-leading equipment and controls into reliable, energy-efficient HVAC systems for high-performance buildings.
Projects often begin with a Trace 700 or Trane System Analyzer computer study. These studies evaluate alternative products and air conditioning systems based on actual project economics, local energy costs, and job-specific long-term life-cycle costs. Many consulting engineers offer these studies as an added service at a modest cost.
We have 13 LEED Accredited Professionals (AP) on staff who can assist with LEED’s whole-building approach to sustainability. They work with clients to deliver building projects that meet the highest green building and performance standards.
After selecting an HVAC system, Hunton Trane helps with product selection, unit scheduling, controls strategy, and pricing. Once the project is bid and awarded, our staff collaborates with the installing contractor to ensure everything goes smoothly at the job site. We make sure the equipment is properly checked at startup and that space comfort is achieved as planned.
